I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. We sure did. We went to the cabin on Friday and spent the day watching Ruthie splash in her pool, riding the boat, and cooking out with friends.
Ruthie splashing around
Ruthie ready for her first ever boat ride. She seemed to enjoy it. She didn't care too much for the life jacket at times, but that is to be expected
On Saturday, we loaded and headed to Aunt Lori's house for the annual 4th of July parade. This was Ruthie's first appearance. She did so good. I was a little nervous about her staying put for that long, but I think she was entertained by it all

Ruthie and Kaylee loaded up and ready to go!

We then headed back to the cabin for more boat riding and a cook out with friends and family. Pop E even let Ruthie drive the boat. I didn't have my camera for some reason, but it was too funny. We made 2 complete circles in the middle of the lake. We finished the night off with a firework show that the lake does each year. All in all it was a wonderful holiday weekend spent with great friends and family
