Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays

Lots of birthdays this past week. My step-grandmother turned 80 on Wednesday. We celebrated last Sunday with a family lunch. Papa (Billy) turned 60 on Thursday. Ruthie was also 6 months old on Thursday. And last but not least, Mamaw Beth turned 74 on Friday. We had her a family party at Moore's on Friday night. Ruthie celebrated along with her by having her first cracker and first taste of cake icing. Then, on Saturday we went to Oxford for an afternoon around the Square before Papa's party at the University Club. We had a great time at this party as well. Everyone danced a little, ate a lot, and enjoyed our time together. Ruthie even got to taste her Daddy's chocolate cake!

Live Bunny Pics!

Ruthie had her picture made yesterday with a live bunny. It was so much fun. I have included a couple that Deanna sent me so far. This is a great opportunity to get great pics for your kids. Deanna at Shoot to Finish in Saltillo is donating the session fees to one of four families competing to become Lebonheur's Miracle Family. Grant Fisher from Booneville is one of these children and his mother and my sister are dear friends. Check her out at http://stfstudio.blogspot.com/

Being Loud

Ruthie has learned that she can get very loud. It went on ALL day yesterday. At one point, it went on continuously for over 20 minutes. I finally decided to video some of it. Don't worry I just taped a small sample.

First Snow

As everyone knows, it snowed last night in north MS. Ruthie could have cared less, but we had to get a pic with her first snow. So, this morning we bundled her up and went out back and took a quick picture. She just wanted to get back inside so the sun would get out of her eyes.
